Do you offer a free trial?
Yes.
After signing up, you'll receive 10 free Credits, which can be used to generate one song for free. No subscription is required to try the core features.
What are Credits?
Credits are the points used to generate music.
Each generation consumes a certain number of credits, and the exact amount will be clearly shown before you generate.
What are the differences between the plans?
The differences depend on the plan tier, billing cycle, and purchase type:
· Plan Tiers (e.g., Basic, Standard, Pro): Features and model access vary by tier. Higher-tier plans unlock advanced AI models and premium features. For example, Standard users can access our V5.5 model, while Basic users cannot; certain advanced tools like the Vocal Remover are also restricted to higher tiers.
· Subscription vs. Pay-As-You-Go Credits (Within the same tier): If you choose a subscription (Monthly/Annual) over a Pay-As-You-Go credit purchase of the same tier (e.g., Standard Subscription vs. Standard Pay-As-You-Go Credits), the primary difference is credit validity. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, whereas Pay-As-You-Go Credits never expire.
· Commercial Usage & Certificates: All paid plans (including Basic, Standard, and Pro) allow you to use your generated tracks commercially. However, the Commercial License Certificate is exclusively provided to Pro members.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
It all depends on your needs!
· Basic Plan: Designed for users who simply want to explore core music generation features.
· Standard Plan: Best for creators who require higher quality and better efficiency.
· Pro Plan (Highly Recommended): Tailored for professional creators. This plan unlocks all features, provides Commercial Certificates for monetization, and includes professional-grade editing tools.
What happens if I run out of Credits?
If you run out of Credits, you can continue using the Al music generator by:
· Purchasing a subscription plan to receive new Credits irthe next billing cycle
· Purchasing Pay-As-You-Go Credits and using them whenever needed
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
· Subscription Plans: Unused Credits do not roll over and reset each Ibilling cycle.
· Pay-As-You-Go Credits: Do not expire and can be used anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
Can I use the generated music for commercial use?
Commercial rights are determined by the plan active at the time of generation:
· Free Plan: For personal use only; commercial use is strictly prohibited.
· Paid Plans: These typically include commercial usage rights. Music generated during an active subscription retains its commercial rights even after the subscription is canceled.
Note: If you generate music while using free features and later wish to use it commercially, you must purchase a corresponding paid plan to authorize commercial usage for works produced during that active period.
Which devices can I use my membership on?
Sync across all devices! Your membership and creative projects are fully synced across our Mobile App and Web platform. Whether at your desk or on the go, simply log in to pick up where you left off and keep creating seamlessly.
Need more credits or a different plan?
If you need a custom plan or have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. Note that credits included in annual subscriptions do not roll over monthly.
If I cancel my subscription, can I still use the music I generated during the active subscription for commercial purposes?
Yes. Music generated during an active Paid Plan or Pro Plan subscription period will continue to retain its commercial usage rights even after your subscription is canceled or expires.
However:
· Music created under the Free Plan or using free promotional credits is not eligible for commercial use.
· Commercial Authorization Certificate downloads are only available while your Pro Plan remains active.
· If your Pro subscription expires, you may still commercially use previously eligible tracks, but you may no longer be able to download new certificates for them.
· Commercial rights apply based on your subscription status at the time the music was generated, not your current subscription status.
